Not Quite Adult Swim

Here's another commission on behalf of - he wanted to see Angelica and Kimi from "All Grown Up" underwater. (Somewhat familiar territory, I'll admit, since I've previously drawn Angelica underwater in her original "Rugrats" incarnation: [link] )

I tried something different with the bubbles this time to make them look more transparent, like real bubbles. I like it, and I think I'll keep doing it!
