Happy Birthday Lisa

Or, more accurately, happy birthday ! This is a special gift drawing I did for him - he's a big fan of the "Simpsons" girls, and he's also a big underwater fan too. I had a lot of fun thinking of how to put a birthday party underwater, adding little details like the cake dissolving or the wrapping paper floating around. Here's hoping he likes it; now make a wish and bubble out the candles!
