Bubbling Babs

asked for this "Tiny Toon Adventures" commission featuring his two favorite characters, Babs Bunny and Rhubella Rat. He just said he wanted to see them underwater - he didn't specify what they should be doing. So given that Acme Looniversity and Perfecto Prep are in constant competition with each other, what better scenario to choose than a breath-holding contest? There's a lot of school pride on the line here...
